What are your business hours?

Hours are by appointment only.  Preferred meeting times are Monday through Friday between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.


Where are you located?

We have an office suite inside the Lincolnland Building, which is next to the Village Square Mall in Effingham.  Enter the building on the North side (opposite side of the mall).  There will be a sign on the glass doors that says "Design Pro."  Enter those doors and go straight down the hallway on the ground level.  You will see our office, Suite 25.  Our street address is 1901 S. 4th St., Ste. 25, Effingham, IL  62401.


Do I need to schedule an appointment?

Yes.  Sometimes we have to meet with clients out of the office, or we might already be meeting with a client in our conference room.  We want to make sure we can dedicate all of our attention to you.  If we know you are coming in advance, we can be better prepared by pulling examples of designs we think might interest you.  Call 217-342-3946 or email tanya@designpro1.com to schedule your appointment.


I work during the week and can only meet in the evenings or on weekends.  What should I do?

We are happy to meet with you after hours.  If we don't have prior obligations, we are willing to schedule appointments after 5:00 p.m. or on weekends.  Just let us know your situation in advance, and then we can make arrangements. 


What should I bring to my appointment?

For brides, we suggest that you bring color swatches.  We do our best to match your wedding colors.  If you don't have color swatches, we have PANTONE® swatch books to help pinpoint your colors.

Inspiration photos are also a big help.  We like to get a feel for the style of your wedding as a whole.  You can bring in photos or simply show us your inspiration boards on Pinterest.


Do you only do wedding stationery?

No, we also design and print birthday, anniversary, class reunion, baby shower, and graduation invitations.

We also offer design and printing services for businesses.  In addition to logos and business cards, we also do restaurant menus, postcards, stickers, bumper stickers, yard signs, magnets, address labels, flyers, brochures, rack cards, bookmarks, can coolers, booklets, door hangers, envelopes, greeting cards, window clings, and more.


Do I need to put down a deposit?

For weddings, we ask for a $50.00 deposit before any custom design work begins.  The deposit is non-refundable and will be applied to your final bill.

For logo design, we require you to pay for half of the fee up front.  The other half will be due upon completion.
