Shipping policy

Personalized can cooler orders are typically fulfilled and shipped within 6-8 business days (business days do not include weekends or holidays). Once your order ships, you can expect delivery within 1-7 business days, depending on where you live in the country, though carrier delays may occasionally occur.

Our free shipping only applies to orders placed within the contiguous United States; excludes Alaska, Hawaii, and off-shore U.S. territories. Orders being shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and off-shore U.S. territories will require a shipping charge. Please send an email to tanya@designpro1.com for shipping rates.

Our shipping carriers vary, but most orders ship with UPS Ground. If you need an item quickly, please contact us at tanya@designpro1.com. We can send you rush production and/or rush shipping rates.

Design Pro is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged once they have been accepted by the shipping carrier. Claims for merchandise damaged in transit must be resolved with the shipping carrier.
